Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Louisville, CO. This hospital-style position seeks nurses with ICU experience across CVICU/MICU/SICU and related critical areas.

Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. The role involves rapid assessment, monitoring of critically ill patients, management of life-support systems, collaboration with physicians, and patient-family education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• 1+ years in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems (ventilation, cardiac monitoring).
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
