Incredible Health is recruiting for an RN - Critical Care in Shenandoah, TX, seeking highly skilled nurses for day or night shifts. Positions are full-time, part-time, and per diem, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should have ADN or higher, an active RN license, ICU experience preferred, ACLS preferred, and strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable and life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
