Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Dallas, TX area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in areas such as Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Burn care, Chest tube management, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra-aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care, Post cardiac surgery, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA administration, Transplant, or Vascular intervention are strongly encouraged to apply.

Available shifts include day, night, and mid shifts. Job types offered are full-time, part-time, and per diem. Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of critical care experience (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)

• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapid assessment of patient conditions and intervention
• Monitoring and caring for critically ill, unstable, or life-threatening patients
• Managing life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring
• Participating in emergency response situations
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with healthcare team to develop care plans
• Educating patients and families about conditions and care plans
