Incredible Health is seeking an RN - Critical Care in the Cumming, GA area to provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. The role requires ADN or higher, RN license, ICU experience, ACLS preferred, and strong teamwork.

You will monitor vitals, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans. This position offers full-time, part-time, or per diem options with comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $63,000

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene as needed.
• Provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
