Job description

Location: New York 14456 (GGH & SSMH – floating required)
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3x12 shifts
Additional: Every other weekend, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, ICU, and ED units

Assess, monitor, and implement care plans for patients of all acuity levels

Float between units and facilities as needed to support staffing

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care

Requirements

Active New York RN License: Required

BSN Degree: Required

Minimum 1+ year experience in Med/Surg, Tele, or Critical Care

Must be comfortable floating between ICU, ED, and Med/Surg units

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA/RQI), NIHSS required

Basic Coronary Care within 6 months; CPI within 90 days

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
