Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Current, valid, and unrestrictedWI license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as aRN
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
