Centurion Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, IN. The RN provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice, under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of patient needs.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree, RN license (or ability to obtain one), and CPR certification. The role offers a 12-hour day shift with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
