The Role You’ll Contribute

Support department leadership by coordinating clinical and departmental activities, ensuring quality care, acting as liaison between physicians and care teams, supervising staff, and providing input on coaching and performance management. Promote patient well-being and safety in accordance with standards and regulations, embodying relationship-based care and organizational values.

• Lead and support daily operations during your shift.
• Organize and prioritize shift activities to meet patient and staff needs.
• Ensure appropriate admissions and staffing for safe patient care.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring processes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of clinical RN experience; OR experience in the operating room preferred
• RN State Licensure or Compact License
• BCLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Nursing specialty certification
