Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator to join a specialized healthcare team serving individuals with bleeding disorders. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, education, treatment coordination, and advocacy within a patient-focused environment.

The role includes nursing assessments, triage, treatment plan development, broad care coordination across providers, infusions, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible through reciprocity.
  • ADN or BSN degree.
  • Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
  • Experience using EPIC EMR.
  • Strong communication, organization and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.
  • Provide telephone triage and clinical support to patients and families.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate care between patients, providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and community resources.
  • Administer medication infusions and other clinical treatments.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding bleeding disorders and treatment options.
  • Participate in comprehensive clinic visits and collaborate with providers on patient care plans.
  • Process medication refill requests as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EPIC.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and resource for care coordination needs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 4-5 days every other month).

About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing comprehensive nursing care, patient education, treatment coordination, and advocacy. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
