Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Nevada seeks an RN in Ambulatory Care - Concierge Medicine in Las Vegas to deliver patient-centered nursing care in ambulatory settings. This role focuses on coordinated, high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

You will perform telephone triage, develop care plans with the healthcare team, and coordinate with care coordinators to ensure smooth transitions, with opportunities to participate in quality initiatives and research activities.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure is required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• ACLS certification through AHA within six months of hire.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience (ambulatory setting preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage.
• Notify physicians/LIPs of abnormal findings.
• Establish a care plan in collaboration with the patient, family, and health care team.
• Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patients.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvements, and research activities.
• Maintain professional growth and develop core competencies.
