This role involves leading patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting team members; ensuring quality patient outcomes; respecting diversity; and supporting strategic goals. The nurse must demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability for their practice, aligning with our nursing philosophy.

Education

• Required: Registered nursing diploma

Work Experience

Certifications
