Lakeland Rehab and Nursing Center in Ohio is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants across all shifts. The role emphasizes quality care, adherence to standards, and collaboration with physicians.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, rounds, and maintaining privacy and safety. We offer full benefits and opportunities to grow with our skilled nursing facility.

Formación

• Current unencumbered RN license
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations pertaining to nursing facilities
• Current CPR certification required
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and supervise staff.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by physicians.
• Complete charting and record-keeping for admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Conduct rounds with physicians and handle shift reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy; ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
