Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing settings.
• Support daily unit operations to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments on time and accurately.
• Monitor residents and respond to status changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and the care team.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
