Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts 6am–6pm across our network of more than 40 skilled nursing communities. Join a compassionate care team delivering high-quality resident care and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Iowa).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers, and other team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
