Job summary

Care the Wright Way is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Decatur, GA. You will assess patients, develop and manage individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with caregivers and the care team.

We are expanding our services into the Savannah area, offering an exciting opportunity for the right RN to help establish and oversee care services in the region and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate with caregivers, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
• Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions and report concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records.
• Communicate observations, updates, and recommendations to supervisors and other members of the care team.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers as needed.
• Ensure care is provided in accordance with established care plans and applicable standards.
