Balmoral Nursing Home in Chicago, IL is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. Our RNs provide quality, resident-centered care while offering clinical leadership and collaboration with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise, delegate, and provide clinical leadership.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and appropriate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions.
• Identify and communicate significant changes in resident condition.
• Notify physicians and care team about resident needs and changes.
• Develop, review, and update resident care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and quality of care.
• Follow policies, infection-control practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
