Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Patient Care – assess, plan, implement, evaluate care for residents.
• Administer Medications & Treatments as prescribed with accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and staff to coordinate care.
• Monitor Patient Health by recording vital signs and conditions.
• Provide Education to patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Maintain Accurate Records of care and condition changes per policies.
• Respond to Medical Emergencies promptly and professionally.
