Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through resident-centered care.
