Job summary

Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Providence, RI is seeking anRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our team across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. The position offers daily pay and competitive hourly wages in the range of $38–$55 per hour, all-inclusive, with shift differentials.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
