• Current New Jersey RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; associates degree or diploma acceptable if enrolled in BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Previous Home Health nursing and acute care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Insurance regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Health nursing care in patients' homes.
• Self-scheduling with flexible shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) and weekend options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow Medicare/insurance regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

The Home Health Department affiliated with Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey is seeking a Community RN.
