Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our supportive team. We currently hire for full-time and part-time, with all shifts available, and offer an hourly wage starting at $38, up to $42 with full benefits.

In addition to competitive pay, we provide a sign-on bonus up to $2500, referral bonuses, weekend shift bonuses, weekend differentials, comprehensive health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing home preferred.

Responsibilities

Currently hiring for FT & PT. All shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Monitor and record residents' vital signs.

• Provide wound care and basic nursing services.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.

• Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.

Compensation:

• RN: Hourly compensation starting at $38.00 with full benefits, up to $42.00 with no frills
