Qualifications
- Current New Jersey RN license required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; associates degree or diploma acceptable if enrolled in BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Previous Home Health nursing and acute care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Insurance regulations.
- Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Provide Home Health nursing care in patients' homes.
- Self-scheduling with flexible shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) and weekend options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow Medicare/insurance regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
