VitaCare Living - Ladysmith is seeking an RN Administrator who runs the community with the authority and accountability of a CEO. You will oversee resident care, the team, daily operations, regulatory compliance, and relationships that make VitaCare Living - Ladysmith a trusted home.

You will have real authority to lead your community with regional support behind you, and a path for growth within a Minnesota–Wisconsin operator investing in its leaders.

Qualifications

• RN license required and eligible for nursing home administrator responsibilities.
• Experience leading a senior living/community operations.
• Strong regulatory and quality-of-care focus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across all operations.
• Lead and develop the care team and collaborate with regional support.
