Job summary

VitaCare Living - Menomonie is seeking an RN Administrator to lead the community with full ownership of resident care, operations, and regulatory readiness. You will drive clinical leadership, staff development, and cross‑functional collaboration with regional support to ensure excellence in care and survey readiness.

The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure, leadership experience in long‑term care or memory care, and a strong patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license valid in Wisconsin.
• Experience in assisted living, CBRF, memory care, or long‑term care, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing, or DHS‑approved Assisted Living Administrator course, meeting Wisconsin CBRF administrator qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Set the clinical standard for the community and ensure safe, respectful, individualized care.
• Lead assessments, ISP development and updates, psychotropic reviews, wound checks, and condition change follow‑ups.
• Oversee medication management including cart audits, MAR reviews, order reconciliation, and staff competency.
• Serve as clinical contact for physicians, pharmacy, hospice, and managed care teams.
• Lead the admission process from pre‑assessment through move‑in and transition.
