AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL seeks an experienced RN with inpatient coding and CDI expertise to ensure compliant, accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement. You will educate staff, serve as training liaison, and help drive performance improvements across Coding and CDI teams.

The role requires RN license and 5+ years of coding experience, with collaboration across CDI and hospital leadership. This full-time on-site position offers day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Education: Associate's Nursing degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• RN licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Educates on documentation and reimbursement guidelines.
• Educates on coding and CDI verbiage.
• Trains and coaches Coding and CDI staff.
• Identifies performance indicators and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve coding issues.
• Acts as training liaison for Coding and CDI.
