AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced inpatient coder to assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes based on clinical documentation and ensure accurate DRG assignments reflecting patient acuity. You will review records, identify MCC/CC opportunities, and support DNFB reduction.
The role requires strong analysis, knowledge of IPPS/CMS rules, and the ability to collaborate with CDI and coding teams. A CCS/RHIA/RHIT/CPC are preferred, with 2+ years of inpatient coding experience.
