HCA Healthcare's LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Virginia is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Abdominal, Vascular and Compression Unit. The CNC delivers patient-centered care, coordinates unit functions, and partners with management to monitor nursing care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, assisting with admissions and discharges, coaching staff, scheduling support, and driving improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN registered nurse.
• BCLS and ACLS instructor credentials must be obtained within the stated timelines.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

• 2 years of RN experience is required
