Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan (unencumbered).
• State Instructor Credentials: Completion of a Michigan LARA-approved Train-the-Trainer program (or eligible).
• Clinical Experience: 2+ years as RN; at least 1 year direct care in long-term care/skilled facility.
• Active AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Must pass Michigan background check, drug screen, and required immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction for the CNA/Nurse Aide program.
• Deliver curriculum aligned with Michigan LARA requirements and prepare students for the state competency exam.
• Travel to off-campus clinical partner sites as needed.
