Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide autonomous, evidence-based care in a 40-hour weekly day shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while upholding professional ethics and collaboration with the care team.

Qualified applicants are graduates of an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred, and NH RN eligibility with BLS on hire. Dartmouth Health offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN degree preferred when available.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility; BLS required on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Apply evidence-based nursing processes and monitor patient status.
• Support patient autonomy and collaborate with the care team.
• Mentor teammates and participate in governance of practice.
• Ensure safe, ethical care and prioritize patient outcomes.
