Job summary

Dartmouth Health in Nashua, NH seeks a Clinical Nurse for a full-time, 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The role emphasizes autonomous practice based on the nursing process and evidence-based care to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care; mentoring colleagues; and participating in governance and quality improvement. NH RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Monitor patient status and escalate changes to the care team.
• Advocate for patients' autonomy and informed consent.
• Mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice.
• Participate in governance and quality improvement.
