AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift (7:00am–7:00pm). Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team.

Competenze

• Active Florida RN license (or eligible).
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise them as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, and outcomes.
