Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate with Georgia RN licensure.
• OR ADN with at least 2 years of recent nursing experience.
• LPNs transitioning to RN through RN Resident Program may be eligible as exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and evaluates outcomes.
• Develops and updates patient care plans with input from patients and families.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and family care partners.
• Assists in orienting staff and supports Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
