Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks an RN Clinician in Warner Robins, GA, to provide safe, patient-centered care utilizing the AACN Synergy Model. The role includes independent nursing care, patient assessments, care planning, and strong team collaboration.

Requirements include a BSN with 12 months of recent nursing experience (or RN residency) or ADN with 2+ years of experience, and a Georgia RN license. BLS; ACLS as needed. Occasional travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• RN requirements: BSN with 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years, OR RN residency completion.
• RN requirements: ADN with a minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience within the past five years.
• Current valid, unencumbered Georgia RN license.
• BLS certification, ACLS may be required for some departments; multistate license compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and recognizes impact of care on outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies patient and family learning needs and resources.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and demonstrates leadership as needed.
