Job summary

You will ensure protocol adherence, work with physicians and staff, document adverse events, and support audits. A BSN and RN license are required, with at least 5 years nursing and 2 years research experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Hold RN license (state or multi-state).
• Minimum 5 years RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years research experience.
• Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facets of patient involvement in clinical trials.
• Conduct trials per Good Clinical Practice and FDA guidelines.
• Assess eligibility and enroll patients per protocol.
• Communicate dosing and protocol requirements to care teams.
• Maintain trial records and documentation for audits.
• Facilitate training and regulatory compliance.
