Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's or Specialty Nursing program.
• Preferred experience in cardiac care and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise staff, including orientation and performance management.
• Communicate effectively regarding patient care and unit operations; participate in policy development.
• Support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles, fostering evidence-based practices and staff mentorship.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, optimal resource utilization, and resolution of patient and family concerns.
• Assist in incident follow-up, documentation, and maintaining a safe, efficient clinical environment.
