Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Preferred experience in operating room settings; scrubbing skills will be trained if needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively across shifts and respond promptly to on-call demands.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, coordinate and evaluate nursing interventions, and revise care plans based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assign tasks, and promote teamwork to meet patient needs.
• Participate in discharge planning, patient education, and safety initiatives to improve quality of care.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and engage in evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities.
• Support unit and organizational goals, including safety, clinical excellence, and professional development.
