Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Coordinator RN to lead nursing care on the Advanced Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit in Scranton, PA, coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will support quality and safety initiatives, mentor staff, and help drive outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires RN licensure, Magnet philosophy alignment, and involvement in governance and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care on the assigned unit, supports improvements for high quality, safe care and patient satisfaction.
• Provides direct patient care and supervision, assists with orientation and integration of new employees, and conducts performance appraisals.
• Supports Magnet philosophies, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages resources and incident follow-up on the unit.
