• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required)
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care on the unit.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned staff.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of new employees.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Communicate policies and regulatory requirements to staff and patients.
