Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking an RN - Clinical Supervisor for Weekend Nights to support patient care, staff coordination, and unit operations in a high-acuity environment.

This full-time position runs Fri-Sun 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM with 36 hours per week, offering a weekend bonus, shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure: Must have a current RN license in the state.
• Experience: Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates placement of patients and staff assignments.
• Assists clinical staff with patient care and unit activities.
• Facilitates staff nurse attendance at meetings.
• Interfaces with medical staff, patients' family members, department heads and other personnel.
• Participates in planning and performance of educational training and orientation of unit staff.
