Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend shift in the Saint Louis area. This full-time role oversees weekend operations, provides clinical leadership, and supports nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care at Mercy Hospital South. Location: Missouri, with day-shift hours and 36 hours per week.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in hospital nursing, MO RN license or compact licensure, and BLS. BSN is preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of unit operations.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift:Day Shift

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing


• Nursing Diploma


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience:3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred


• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred


• Experience:Prior management experience - experience within change management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularly


• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift


• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
