Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a Clinical Supervisor role for the weekend shift. The position supports operations and patient care in designated areas and may serve as a clinical resource for the team.

Includes full-time schedule of 36 hours per week with a day shift, located at Mercy Hospital South. Missouri licensure required plus BLS certification; prior hospital leadership experience is preferred.

Competenze

• RN license in Missouri or compact state required.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required (within 30 days of hire).

Position Details:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift:Day Shift

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing


• Nursing Diploma


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience:3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred


• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred


• Experience:Prior management experience - experience within change management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularly


• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift


• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
