Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care delivery using the nursing process and ensures coordination of care.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels and collaborates on patient flow and bed management.
• Leads, mentors, and coaches staff; provides feedback and accountability.
• Promotes positive work environment and staff engagement.
• Communicates with leadership, staff, and providers; escalates issues as needed.
• Supports regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and accreditation standards.
• Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Addresses patient concerns and supports service recovery.
