Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Nursing, BLS, and several years of clinical leadership experience, with a preference for a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Five years of clinical or technical nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing and ancillary staff on assigned units.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Directors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Monitor patient care delivery, staffing, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support staff development, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Promote patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in patient care activities and assist with resolving operational or patient care concerns.
