Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Three years' recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• One year experience in clinical education or staff development preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and delivers education programs to enhance clinical competencies.
• Designs competency Assessment processes with unit leaders and preceptors.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards in education programs.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic planning to enhance patient care.
