Mercy Hospital South is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Inpatient Med/Surg East unit. The role ensures safe, high-quality care, staffing, patient flow, and collaboration with physicians and administrative staff to meet productivity goals.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week). Requires Missouri RN license, 2–3 years of direct patient care, and BLS; BSN preferred. Mercy offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri (or eligible).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Operate as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Support Mercy Mission, Values and Service Standards in daily activities.
