The Clinical Supervisor will lead the development of an integrated nursing team approach at Oroville Hospital, working directly with the Director to develop nursing staff, education, competencies, evaluation, and patient safety initiatives. The role focuses on professional development and maintaining high clinical standards.

It requires leadership in clinical practice, strong communication, and the ability to balance clinical responsibilities with staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in California.
• Current licensure in good standing with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Minimum of five years of recent clinical experience.
• Current BLS certification; BSN or ASN preferred.
• Experience in acute clinical case management and/or utilization review.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical advice and supervision to nursing staff.
• Lead development of an integrated nursing team approach with the Director.
• Assist in education, department competencies, evaluation, and patient safety initiatives.
• Manage staff performance and conduct in-service training as required.
• MaintainProfessional standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
