Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Clinical Supervisor to assure safe, high-quality care and lead staffing and patient flow. The role collaborates with physicians and administration to improve processes and outcomes.

The clinician will hold an RN license with the state board, have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, and meet certification requirements (TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC or PALS). Full-time hours and Mercy benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and electronic communication skills.
• Demonstrates clinical competence in patient care delivery and data assessment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and staffing to meet patient needs.

• Monitor bed management and resource utilization in coordination with the Staffing Office.
