Qualifications

This role serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, providing leadership, guidance, education, and real-time support while helping ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The RN Clinical Supervisor acts on behalf of nursing leadership, facilitating communication, coaching staff, addressing clinical concerns, and supporting daily operations across the facility.

Compensation Range:

$40.87 - $62.19 per hour, depending on experience

• You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
• CPR within 3 months of hire

Preferred:

• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)
• ACLS certification
