Hospice of the Midwest in Monticello, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. You will ensure high‑quality patient care and lead a compassionate team delivering end‑of‑life care in home settings.

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure in the state of operation.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience.

As a RN Clinical Supervisor You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification, maintained in accordance with organizational policy.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
• Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Understands the hospice philosophy and the emotional, clinical, and ethical considerations surrounding end-of-life care.
• Knowledge of pain and symptom management principles.
• Adheres to accepted professional standards and practices.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.

Salary Range

USD $105,000.00 - $107,000.00 / Year
