Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend shift. This full-time role supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care and staff activities in designated areas.

Requires 3–5 years hospital nursing, MO RN license (or compact), ADN/Diploma/BSN, and BLS. BSN preferred; leadership experience a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Schedule:Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift:Day Shift

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications:

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred
• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred
• Experience:Prior management experience - experience within change management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
